Within an installation, it sits between the plant mains and the motor, supplying regulated output while exchanging commands with the cell controller over the platform's supported fieldbus. That arrangement lets the drive respond quickly to changing load demands while maintaining controlled motion on a connected axis.

During continuous duty, the drive provides a rated current of 48 Arms, supplying high dynamic torque without overheating.
