The S74802-NAF2-S3 is a servo drive manufactured by Kollmorgen and supplied under the S700 Servo Drives series. It converts three-phase line power into regulated output for permanent-magnet servomotors, allowing precise speed, torque, and position control. The unit acts as a central actuator interface in packaging lines, pick-and-place gantries, and process machines that need deterministic motion in modern manufacturing cells. This makes it suitable for coordinated axes that must respond predictably to changing load and speed commands.

The drive accepts a line input of 208…480 V, which lets it operate on standard low-voltage factory networks without a transformer. Under continuous duty, it delivers a phase current of 48 Arms. During acceleration bursts, it can rise to a peak of 96 Arms for up to 5 s, which helps with high-inertia loads. The output bridge switches at 8 kHz, so motor current ripple stays low and acoustic noise from the stator is minimized.
