The drive functions on a three-phase supply of 208...480V, letting a single model operate across common mains classes. It draws up to 35 kVA and delivers a continuous 48 Arms, with peak bursts of 96 Arms for acceleration before thermal monitoring intervenes. Power-device dissipation is 635 W at 400 V, so cabinet airflow must remove that heat. Only 6 V of residual drop appears across the output stage, keeping the DC bus usable for high-speed motion. Motor selection must respect a minimum 0.74 mH inductance, and the voltage edge rate of 4.0 kV/µs determines insulation stress. An output form factor of 1.01 indicates nearly sinusoidal current. A 60 A AC supply fuse limits fault energy, while noise emission does not exceed 62 dB(A). The cooling fan turns to full speed when ambient temperature reaches 65 °C.

For axis energy management, an internal brake chopper connects to an external resistor of 15 Ohm, permitting dissipation of regenerated energy up to 8 kW during fast deceleration. Safe torque is achieved through the Dual channel STO hardware, which removes gate drive power without relying on software. Fourteen digital inputs and eight digital outputs are provided at a Posi/O level of 5 V for sequencing tasks, while an optional fan-controller expansion card is fitted to supervise auxiliary cooling.
