S74802-2CF2-PA is a modular motor controller. It is produced by Kollmorgen. The product line to which the unit belongs is S700. Standard S700 amplifier features include three expansion slots, support for safe torque off (STO), Ethernet connectivity for EtherCat and SynqNet, RS-232 serial communication, memory card slot, and support for multiple feedback methods. The memory card can be used to store amplifier parameters and firmware. Using the memory card, parameters and firmware can be quickly loaded onto the amplifier unit. All three expansion slots on the S74802-2CF2-PA unit are occupied. Slot 1 features a 2CAN module. Slot 2 features a fan control unit. Slot 3 features a position I/O monitor unit. The input voltage range for the S74802-2CF2-PA is 208 to 480 Volts AC. The rated output is 48 Amps rms. This rated output is available over the complete input voltage range as long as optimal ambient conditions are available. Peak current output of the unit is 96 Amps.
