The S700 series of digital servo amplifiers are one of the many products that the company specializes in.
The S700 series are renowned for their performance, reliability, durability and quality. The S70601-SE is part of the S700 family of digital servo amplifiers by Kollmorgen. This servo amplifier has a current rating of 6 Arms and a voltage rating of 208-480V. It comes in a single channel STO (Safe Torque Off) standard electrical/mechanical option. The S70601-SE has a SERCOS expansion cards in Slot 1. It also has an auxiliary supply voltage of 24V DC that is electrically isolated and has internal fusing (amplifier and brake/fan separated) from the external power supply unit. This servo amplifier can be operated easily with Kollmorgen’s user-friendly setup software (DRIVEGUI.EXE). The amplifier is fully programmable via the ES232 interface.
The S70601-SE can also be operated in cases where no PC is available. It has a built-in direct operation via two-keys and 3-character LED display that allows it to be set up and operated without a PC. This amplifier has 2 programmable analog inputs, 4 programmable digital inputs and one input STO enable. The S70601-SE also has an adjustable digital speed controller and an integrated position controller. It comes with several safety features such as STO, soft start, phase-failure protection and short-circuit protection.
