It converts controlled DC bus energy into the three-phase output required by brushless servomotors in packaging machinery, pick-and-place modules, and general automation. Integrated signal conditioning allows the unit to close torque or velocity loops while the host controller supplies setpoints over differential analog lines or fieldbus links. The device’s mechanical format and integrated cooling are intended for panel installation inside industrial control cabinets.

Its command interface furnishes a bipolar analog output with 10 bit resolution, supplying 1024 discrete levels for drive diagnostics or downstream actuator control. This channel is refreshed every 62.5 µs, so new data is available at a 16 kHz rate, which supports tight current loops. The maximum output swing is 10 V, making it compatible with standard ±10 V process inputs. Under continuous duty, the power stage can deliver a rated phase current of 1.5 Arms while keeping semiconductor heat losses to 30 W. A current form factor of 1.01 indicates that the RMS and average values are nearly identical, which helps limit additional thermal loading on motor windings and cables.

For short transients, the inverter can supply a peak line current of 3 Arms, drawing up to 1 kVA from the DC bus without violating protection thresholds. The housing carries an IP20 rating, so it must be mounted inside a grounded enclosure where the built-in fan moves air across heat sinks and limits temperature rise. Passive loss when the output stage is disabled is 15 W, and the residual voltage drop toward the motor is 5 V. Inductive loads between 25 mH and 150 mH are acceptable.
