Product Description:

The SERVOSTAR-443M-C is an advanced servo amplifier which is highly adaptable and suitable for most industrial applications including provisions for controlling the motor and integrating it into the existing systems. This particular amplifier accommodates two voltage classes i.e. from 1x110V-10% to 3x230V +10% and 3x208V 10% to 3x480V +10% with support for a wider range of power systems. Its construction can withstand Overvoltage Category

meaning that it can withstand high voltage surge suppressor and there are direct shielding connections on the amplifier itself to reduce EMI.

The amplifier contains two multifunctional amplifiers. These include two onboard analog inputs and accommodate multi feedback systems where its operating range can be expanded to cover wider control versatility. In addition, it provides a CANopen interface at 500 kBaud for communication in embedded networks, an RS232 interface and a pulse direction interface. Moreover, the smart position controller installed has counters which makes the motor control effective and quick operating.

According to IEC 61131-2 Type 1, the control pulse inputs are rated to a maximum of 30VDC and are classified as digital, whereas the configuration of the digital outputs is of active high open emitter outputs rated to a maximum of 30VDC and a resistance of up to 10mA. The after sales service led to the development of an external system operated by a 24V auxiliary voltage running through a 3.15 AT fuse. Excess energy from the braking process that is otherwise wasted is stored by an on-board electronic brake resistor. Designed for a humid environment of up to 85% RH with no chance of condensation, the amplifier can be used in many industrial applications. The addition of the expansion slot makes thermochromic, landscaping, additions and accessories possible, so that the SERVOSTAR 443M-C fit into elaborate automatics.
