Product Description:

The SERVOSTAR S300 Series family systems of digital servo drives is designed to be compact, high performing and provide maximum variability and efficiency in all kinds of automation. These drives, including the SERVOSTAR-S300, are constructed to accommodate various types of motors, such as synchronous servomotors, linear motors, asynchronous motors, high-speed spindles, and DC motors, thus are multi-purpose in nature and can be used in different industry areas.

The S300 drives are built compact in design, thus requiring compact space for installation within the switchgear cabinets. Small as they may be, owing to advanced electronic circuit design, these drives are capable of high-performance operational control. They have fast current controller, speed controller and also intelligent position controller, which precisely coordinately acts on all axes together. Such a degree of control can significantly improve machine cycle so that more work is done within a given time.

The S300 series SERVOSTAR-S300 further incorporates multi-feedback and direct shielding to solder the servo amplifier giving it the ability to work in a rough condition without losing reliability. The drives are offered with the functional safety capabilities such as Safe Torque Off (STO) which has been SIL2 certified hence providing safety during use against operational risks. The S300 series has exhibit a remarkable step forward in terms of its connectivity. It has RS232 and pulse direction communication ports, two internal analog inputs, and a pre-fitted CAN-open interface with speed ratings of 500 kBaud. There is also a provision for the expansion of available circuitry by providing a slot for an expansion card thus enhancing project specific requirements. Besides, the S300 drives also allow both low and high DC bus link voltages between 135V to 900V DC making many ways of connecting the power source possible.
