Product Description:

The SERVOSTAR-303 is an enhanced version of the servo control system of the S300 series of the manufacturer and is intended for more complex system needs with wide motor usage applications. A contemporary industrial milestone demands that control technologies are effective and appropriate to meet robust and heavy tasks.

One of the important capabilities provides the possibility of implementing several logical combinations of digital signals individually or in groups enabling control over complex sequences. The drive also supports I/O-14/08 extension card reducing the constraints in designing the interface regarding the inputs and outputs. The FAN option is offered for technology with active cooling in order to ensure adequate working reliability at even extreme working load conditions. Available peripheral EtherCAT option enables communication with the motor drive at great speeds making it possible to use the SERVOSTAR 303 for effective instances that involve fast information processing and coordination of multiple moving axes.

The SERVOSTAR 303 is capable of operating with a switching frequency of 8 kHz and maximum DC bus link voltage of 900 V. It has more than one burst of overvoltage switch off at 455 vDC, 800 vDC and 900vDC to protect against various conditions during operation. Power loss at the output stage is not turned on in high thermal management at 12W output, Energy efficient utilization according to the drive. With a view to enhancing ease of installation, the graphics-based software for Windows package provided together with the SERVOSTAR 303 is simple and intuitive. Access to all parameters of S300 including Autotuning features offered by a 4-channels oscilloscope and a Bode plot are provided. The Macro Programming option implementing the Macro Language allows positioning of one programmable axis in a stand alone mode.
