It integrates into a cabinet through a SynqNet network and supports safe torque off circuitry, so motion can be halted without removing mains power. This makes the drive suitable for coordinated axes that require repeatable response during indexing, feed control, and frequent start-stop motion.
The drive accepts an input of 110…230 V AC and converts it to controlled three-phase output for the motor windings. Under continuous duty, it can deliver a phase current of 3 A rms, which sets the thermal limits for cabling and motor sizing. When running from a 230 V supply, the apparent power draw reaches 1.1 kVA, and this value should be considered when selecting branch-circuit protection. Dynamic brake energy can be routed to an internal transistor and dissipated at up to 0.3 kW, which helps prevent DC-bus overvoltage during fast deceleration events.
