Product Description:
SE10000-1H348H is a servo amplifier. It is part of Kollmorgen’s Servostar S amplifier series. The amplifier supports encoder feedback. The input voltage rating is 140/340 Volts DC and the input current rating is 14 Amps. The input power is 1.96 kilowatts at 140 Volts DC and 4.34 kilowatts at 340 Volts DC. Output voltage of the amplifier is 115/230 Volts AC and the output current is 10 Amps per phase. The output power is 1.6 kilowatts at 115 Volts and 3.6 kilowatts at 230 Volts. The amplifier can be used with Silverline series motors. The motor frame and stack length are 348. Weight of the unit is 3.3 kilograms. Kollmorgen recommends 18 AWG wire for control logic, 10 AWG wire for the motor line, 22-18 AWG wire for configurable I/O, and 16/14 AWG wire for the spade terminals.
During installation, no spacing is required on the sides but 63.5 millimeters spacing is recommended on the top and bottom of the unit. The amplifier is designed for panel assembly and must be installed inside a metallic enclosure. The enclosure should have a continuous ground between metal panels. EMI filtering at the power input is required to meet industrial standards for conducted emissions. Even though motor line filters are not required, they can improve system reliability. Voltage on the amplifier main bus is 125 to 360 Volts DC. The continuous output current is 10 Amps rms and the peak current is 20 Amps rms for 500 milliseconds. The SE10000-1H348H amplifier operates at 16 kilohertz PWM frequency. The under voltage trip setting is 90 Volts DC. The over voltage trip is 430 Volts DC and the over temperature trip threshold is 118 degrees Celsius.
