The SE10000-1H348H is a Kollmorgen servo drive in the S200 Servo Drives series. Designed for small- to mid-frame brushless motors, the unit receives 115 VAC mains power, rectifies it, and modulates phase current so automated axes follow commanded motion profiles. In packaging, electronics assembly, and general material-handling applications, it acts as the power interface between a PLC motion card and the motor. High-speed control loops maintain accurate position, speed, or torque as operating demands change. This arrangement allows the drive to support controlled motion in indexing equipment, conveyors, and other automated systems that require repeatable motor response.
The drive delivers a continuous bus current of 11.5 A DC, allowing the connected motor to produce a continuous stall torque of 5.26 N-m without exceeding its normal thermal limits. It derives this output from a 160 VDC internal bus, providing voltage headroom for rapid acceleration. Current commands are refreshed every 62.5 µs in the current loop, while position calculations are updated every 500 µs to limit error during fast indexing moves. Within this control window, the amplifier can provide up to 821 W of mechanical power at a rated shaft speed of 1850 rpm.
