Product Description:

The S22460-VTS servo drive, a cutting-edge product from Kollmorgen, redefines servo control solutions. With its compact design and versatile power options, this servo drive model ensures unmatched performance in applications like semiconductor fabrication, electronic assembly, and medical equipment. The S200 product is a servo drive units from S200 family of modern drive units for state-of-the-art applications. The motors equipped with Smart Feedback Device (SFD) automatically configure most of the operational parameters when connected to S200 drive unit. This drive module can also be configured for basic analog torque or current control feedback type. The switch S1 and S2 are dedicated for this purpose, and available on the top of the module. It is featured with advanced diagnostic capabilities including ?output motor short circuit protection line-line? and ?internal monitoring of the power sink temperature? for drive over temperature. The S200 servo drive also provide control under voltage protection. A drive status LED is available on the front panel, indicating drive status and fault codes. This is communicated by the state of the LED. This modern servo drive unit is engineered for modern manufacturing and machining applications with lower power and compact construction. This module design is UL recognized and meets the CE mark standards. It is engineered to conform to EN50178 and EN61800-3 standards. An original S200 servo drive unit would contain lead in its soldering. Operating at an ambient temperature range of 0 to +30 degree Celsius, this drive unit offers continuous output current of 16 Arms. Above this, at an ambient temperature of 40 degree Celsius, this efficient drive unit promises 24 Arms output current. It is capable of providing 5,000 W of motor shaft power operating at a nominal speed of 3,000 revolutions per minute.
