The S20360-DLS servo drive unit can be operated in industrial environment, with surrounding air temperature maintained in between 0 and +30 degree Celsius. It can also be operated at +50 oC experiencing data loss. The S200 drives operates with AC and DC power sources providing 120/240 VAC or 20-90 DC. This module is engineered to automatically configure prior to operation. With advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting features like control under-voltage detection, excessive motor current detection and motor over temperature with SFD equipped variants, S200 servo drives provide a great combination in domain of medical, wood-working, packaging and semi-conductor fabrication. The S20360-DLS servo drive showing a fast blinking LED means that the drive is not enabled and no fault state. If the position error is too large, the LED blind count is 19 or 2 with motor over temperature. The drive can also be configured for a simple analog torque of current control with 6-Step (hall) feedback device by simply setting switches S1 and S2. These switches are available on the top of the device. The up position is ?open? while the down indicates ?closed? state of the S2 switch. The commissioning is made easier with a quick start guide based on the communication mode of the drive. The setup consists of S200 tools software installation, hardware setup followed by the tools communication wizard setup.
