The S21260-SRS is an AC servo drive manufactured by Kollmorgen as part of the S200 Servo Drives series. It creates the power and control link between a motion controller and a brushless servo motor, converting line voltage into a regulated DC bus and pulse-width-modulated phase currents. In automated equipment the drive manages torque, speed, and position loops so that axes accelerate, decelerate, and hold commanded positions on schedule. Its compact rack-style housing mounts easily inside a control cabinet, and front-mounted terminals and feedback ports simplify field wiring.
Electrical ratings center on continuous operation. The drive supplies a continuous phase current of 12 ARMS, supporting loads up to 4000 W when powered from a three-phase source. The mains input is single- or three-phase at 240 VAC; it is rectified to a nominal DC bus of 320 VDC. If the bus voltage drops to 150 VDC, an undervoltage fault is issued to prevent loss of control.
