The S200 brushless drives by Kollmorgen showcases high performance servo technology. The S200 drives are meant for low-power applications like woodworking, electronic assembly, packaging and semiconductor fabrication. The S200-VTS version is the standard base unit.

The S20350-VTS drive belongs the S200-VTS family that features standard torque/velocity control. The Danaher Motion S20350-VTS servo drive unit features 3 ARMS of continuous current while its maximum current is 9 ARMS. The base unit operates on a single-phase as there’s not much of a high voltage requirements. The single phase connector efficiently accommodates 120 Vac, doubler/240 Vac. The S20350-VTS features a Keep Alive control power that makes it easy to communicate the issue and diagnose the problem when the system is stopped in an emergency. Physically, all components of the S20350-VTS drive are secured as the drive features positive locking connectors, optically isolated inputs and outputs. The user can access the system and monitor the status from the front of the drive.

Since S20350-VTS is a base unit with no factory assigned modifications, it doesn’t feature any option card. However, clients can request for the modifications. Like other servo drives by Danaher Motion, the S20350-VTS drive has also got the UL 508C certification. The drive has a CE mark and it conforms to EN61800-3 and EN50178 standards too.
