Product Description:
The S20330-CNS model of the servo drive is designed for advanced control of servo motors from AKM series by Danaher Motion. Kollmorgen is a well-known brand that provides state-of-the-art motion control devices. These devices are manufactured in a wide range of features and power. The S200 series of highly-efficient servo drives is introduced by Kollmorgen to solve complex machining and manufacturing challenges in modern applications such as semi-conductor fabrication, wood-working equipment, medical and packaging devices. These servo drives permit torque and velocity control in all variant of S200 family. It allows factory option cards that add interfaces to additional motor feedback devices including 1 Vpp Sin-Cos, Comcoder, EnDat 2.1, and EnDat 2.2. This is a CE marked and UL recognized variant with design conformity according to EN50178 and EN61800-3 standards. It comes without the electrical option and supports CAN/Indexer option card. During continuous operation, this servo drive provide output current of 4.5 Arms in an ambient temperature range of 0 to +30 degree Celsius. The permissible ambient temperature for operation is +50 degree Celsius with current output measured as 2.3 Arms. The S20330 servo drive can be powered using a three-phase or single-phase supply unit. It is rated for continuous motor shaft output power of 180 W when powered by a 3-phase supply (0 to +30 degree Celsius). When operated at an ambient temperature of 40 degree Celsius, the motor shaft promises 125 W of rated power. The peak output power can be 75 VA when used in the specified ambient conditions. The installation and configuration is made easy with the user guide that comes along the servo drive. At the top of the unit, S1 and S2 switches are available which can be configured for various feedback types.
