The S20260-VTS is a compact AC servo drive manufactured by Kollmorgen within the S200 Servo Drives series. It is inserted between the motion controller and the brushless motor, generating regulated phase currents that let automated pick-and-place heads, small conveyors, or indexing tables follow commanded velocity or torque profiles in compact automation systems. By integrating network option cards, the unit aligns with distributed control architectures common in packaging, electronics assembly, and light material-handling cells.

Input flexibility is provided by its dual-range supply of 120/240 VAC, allowing the same model to be wired into either single-phase or three-phase control panels without transformer changes. Under 40 °C ambient conditions, the drive can deliver 200 W of continuous mechanical power to the motor during steady operation. Current capability is rated at 1.5 ARMS continuous, with transient demand supported up to 4.5 ARMS for short accelerations. An internal output stage switches at 20 kHz, keeping torque ripple low and pushing acoustic noise above the audible band in many applications. The drive can be paired with motors down to 5 mH inductance when fast dynamic response is required, and the current loop remains stable across that range.
