Product Description:
The S20250-SDS series introduces a revolutionary servo drive model by Kollmorgen, offering high performance and reliability in a compact design. Tailored for applications such as woodworking, packaging, and medical equipment, this servo drive ensures optimal machine performance and efficiency. This state-of-the-art servo drive by Kollmorgen is aimed to provide high-performance servo technology particularly for lower power applications. The S200 brushless servo drive provides high performing robust design coupling with Danaher Motion?s AKM servomotors. The servo drive come standard with torque or velocity control as well as other factory options to support SynqNet motion network. The factory option cards also add interfaces to additional motor feedback devices including Comcoder, 1Vp-p Sin-Cos, EnDat 2.1 and 2.2. It is easy to power owing to its acceptance with single-phase or three-phase supplies. It can also be connected with AC or DC source. The drive unit comes with Micro-D connectors. The device should only be operated in specified ambient conditions i.e. temperature, humidity, EMC and altitude. This model provides several diagnostic and troubleshooting options including control under-voltage detection, excessive current fault/fold-back, and excessive motor current protection. A drive status LED is available on the front panel showing drive status and fault codes communicated by the state of LED. If the LED is ON, that shows the drive in enabled, not faulted. If turned OFF, it indicates that the drive control input is not powered. The S20250 drive unit offers quick start guide to allows hassle-free commissioning. When connected to a motor equipped with Smart Feedback Device (SFD), the S200 drive automatically configure most of the parameters. Setting up an S200 series drive unit consist of tools software installation, hardware setup, S200 tools communication wizard, motor feedback configuration followed by saving options.
