Installed in a local or remote rack, it delivers regulated DC rails and communication paths that keep each servo amplifier in the string supplied and monitored. By consolidating these support functions, the unit simplifies cabinet wiring, reduces the number of external power supplies, and maintains the stable low-voltage logic required for precise automation sequences on packaging machines, pick-and-place gantries, and material-handling lines. The module supports the rack infrastructure rather than serving as a motor power stage, so connected amplifiers can share common control power and status signals.

Three isolated rails leave the card at fixed currents: a 0.5 A channel at -15 V for analog reference circuits, a 2.0 A rail at +15 V for sensor excitation, and a 5.0 A line at +5 V for digital electronics.
