The 502-03840-04R0 is a servo encoder module for PiC900 systems from Kollmorgen. It installs in a slot in the PiC 900 rack. Dimensions of the module are: 41 millimeters width, 305 millimeters height and 213 millimeters depth. The module complies with IEC 68-2-27 shock ratings and is rated for four shocks per axis at 15 g per 11 milliseconds. The module complies with IEC 68-2-6 vibration ratings and is rated for 10 to 57 Hertz at 0.15 millimeters amplitude. Purpose for the module is to convert 16-bit digital words to 11 Volt analog output signal. The module also counts pulses from the encoder inputs and latches the counter value at an index or 24 Volts DC input event. The 502-03840-04R0 features 4 analog outputs, 3 DC inputs and 3 encoder inputs.
