An analog input resolution of 14 bits allows the controller to distinguish among 16,384 discrete command levels, which supports fine velocity and torque adjustments. The drive accepts incremental or absolute feedback at frequencies up to 3 MHz, so high-speed encoders can report position without missed edges. Control algorithms run on a 40 MHz processor. Paired with a current sampling rate of 16 kHz, this processing speed maintains phase alignment between sensed current and commanded vectors.
