Product Description:

The PB210560 drive is a small drive and also robust in drive, and therefore it is better suited for operations demanding critical control. The drive retains the primary input voltage of 0.48 KVA at 80 V and accepts the logic input voltage range of 22 to 27 VDC. It contains fault contact rating 1 amp as an external basic fault indication capacity.

An 80 °C overtemperature trip provides thermal protection for reliable safe operation. Undervoltage trip at 16 VDC and overvoltage trip at 56 VDC are built into voltage-related safety functions. Torque loop mode operation is part of the unit so that fast and controlled output is possible. Host system communication is through an RS-232 interface, enabling data transmission rates of 9600 or 19200 baud. This enables effective parameter programming and monitoring of status. Physically, the PB210560 has a small footprint dimension of 140 x 108 x 51 mm and is ideal for space-constrained installations. It is capable of holding different feedback devices such as encoders, resolvers, sine encoders, and Hall-effect-only feedback systems. Its high compatibility makes it versatile when installed and utilized. The software platform is MOTIONLINK® for Windows-based, providing an easy-to-use environment to configure, diagnose, and tune.

The drive also features the capability to work in position, velocity, and torque control modes, making it useful in various control operations. Dynamic loading is also supported by its ability to accommodate a maximum input of up to 30 amps surge. Precise in build, the PB210560 is also marked by high response rate and stabilized stability through supported modes. Its onboard protection, interface choices, and onboard control capability make it a trustworthy choice for most automation or servo drive applications.
