Product Description:
The 0190-A2450 is a high performance control device built by Kollmorgen Automation as part of the PD Servostar Servo Drives. The drive as a miniature design that makes it easily installed environments with limited spacing. The drive comes with the same feature as the SERVOSTAR CD series, it is energy efficient and can be operated in current, velocity or position mode. For the position control, there are numerous options including the classical 10-volt DC command, encoder following, and SERCOS control. Operators are also allowed to choose from three velocity control algorithms to optimize the performance of the drive on the connected system. The 0190-A2450 servo drive also features the Auto-tune function which is used to quickly and easily achieve high performance operation.
The housing of the 0190-A2450 servo drive is designed according to the IP20 protection class, integrated into the housing of the drive is a feedback connection interface, secondary feedback, input/output interface and a Bus connection. The power connection, and a 24-volt logic power connection are also integrated in the housing of the drive. There is a seven segment LED display integrated into this product, this display helps operators to easily keep a track on the operation standard of the servo drive in real time. The power supply interface of this product is a self-protecting isolated power stage, this significantly reduces the risk of electrical accidents with the servo drive.
The 0190-A2450 servo drive operates with an advanced patented sinewave commutation technology which provides smooth and precise low speed control and high-speed performance. There are three digital inputs and 1 digital configurable outputs integrated with this product. The 0190-A2450 has full protection against short circuit, over-voltage, under-voltage, over temperature and over-current damage.
