0090-A7151 is a Kollmorgen Servostar PD series servo drive. Its factory part number is PRD-AMPE25Ez-02. Input ratings for the unit include 24 Volts DC voltage rating, 6 Amps current input and 155 VA power input. Output ratings for the unit include 15 Volts AC output, 6 Amps rms per phase output current, and 130 VA output power. The drive can operate in position, torque, and velocity modes.
