The M.1015.6959 is a brushless servo motor manufactured by Kollmorgen for the NSM Brushless Servo Motors series. This permanent-magnet unit converts electrical power into precisely regulated motion, making it suitable for indexing tables, pick-and-place gantries, and other closed-loop industrial axes. Its frameless construction minimizes cogging, and because the model is supplied without a holding brake, mechanical clamping must be provided when the load must remain stationary after power is removed. In machine tools and packaging lines, the motor integrates with digital drives to synchronize position, velocity, and torque according to programmable motion profiles.
