The MTC1506B1-R2C1 is a brushless servo motor. It is manufactured by Kollmorgen and belongs to the Goldline 150 XT product line. The motor is compatible with Kollmorgen drive controllers from the Servostar CD product line for operation at 115 Volts AC and 230 Volts AC. The Goldline series supports numerous features such as NEMA 23 / 65 mounting, encoder feedback, excellent torque / inertia, and compact size. Options for the Goldline series include IP67 sealing, holding brake, resolver feedback and mating connectors. The features supported by the MTC1506B1-R2C1 motor include 24 Volts DC brake, resolver-based feedback, NEMA 23 mounting, 90-degree rotatable connection receptacles and standard shaft seal. The shaft heal protects the motor from contaminants that could damage the motor bearings. It also prevents oil leakage. The motor has an environmental protection rating of IP65.
