By combining an integrated electromagnetic brake, high-resolution feedback, and a frame sized for mid-range power, the motor supports indexing tables, gantry axes, and material-handling equipment that require frequent starts and stops without loss of accuracy.
Under continuous duty, the motor supplies 25 Nm of torque while maintaining its rated shaft speed of 3000 rpm. Short overload events can be absorbed because the electromagnetic design permits a peak torque of 70 Nm and draws a peak current of 65.1 A from the drive. The windings are optimized for a 460 V-class DC bus, and they present 0.76 Ω of resistance together with 15.8 mH of inductance, a combination that limits current ripple and improves drive bandwidth.
