Representing the renowned Danaher’s MC Servostar Servo Drives range, the MCS 2042 is the Electrak 5 Actuator Control designed to switch the actuator motor and anti-coast brake for precise dual function control in high demand applications. This servo drive takes a power input of 230 VAC (MCS-2042 is designed for 230 VAC operation, as opposed to the MCS-2041 which is 115 VAC) and delivers an early industrial robust energy delivery for continuous industrial operation. It accommodates the actuator load capacity of 500, 1000, and 1500 lbs. as well.
Using rocker switch on the control face for extending and retracting the actuator as an actuation method simplifies the conduction to user and minimizes the disoperation. An integrated prewired motor run capacitor (reading 9200-448-003 for 230 VAC models) ensures reliable motor start and all parts perform to the same standard. Specifically used to work with Thomson’s Electrak 5 actuators for various industrial applications, this model provides optimal compatibility and function in specified environments. Designed to make install quick and easy with prewired and connectors, it makes it easy to install and reduces install time.
