Product Description:
A member of the GOLDLINE series from Kollmorgen, the M-403-C-A3-B3 is a medium inertia motor. This motor has the advantage of being suitable for use in a large number of applications. This motor uses rare earth magnets to provide the best torque performance. Kollmorgen engineers made all motors in M GOLDLINE series have great thermal designs. Combining this motor with a digital amplifier, like Kollmorgen’s SERVOSTAR line, makes for one incredibly high performing motion control system. As a motion control system, it is easy to set up and offers more versatility than competing motors.
There is the PC Oscilloscope that provides real-time motion performance measurement. It features PTC resistive soft start technology which helps to eradicate breaker and fuse tripping. The M-403-C-A3-B3 can be supported by four power supply options. This allows for optimal configuration to meet the needs of your operation. This motor can be used with both multi-axis and single-axis systems. There are different inputs for bus and logic voltages to allow varying communication setups.
As an M series motor, the M-403-C-A3-B3 is an extension of the B-series. It, however, provides 7 times more inertia than B series motors. M series motors are better performing motors when it comes to large inertia mismatches. When you using the motors, you run a lower chance of complaint loads during your operation. With MOTIONLINK for Windows, there is no need to fear setting up the servo system. It is designed so that it is easy to set up and used for both advanced users and novices alike. With MOTIONLINK, the setup and fine-tuning of the system can be done effortlessly. This, in turn, will provide the end-user with optimal system performance and the optimal performance of their entire operation.
