The M-103-A-22 is a brushless servo motor built by Kollmorgen within the M Goldline Servo Motors series. As a compact rotary actuator, it converts drive current into controlled torque for positioning and velocity loops used in pick-and-place heads, indexing tables, and small packaging axes. Its size makes it suitable for motion systems that need quick response and accurate control in a limited installation space.

At 40 °C, the motor can deliver a continuous stall torque of 0.84 N·m while drawing 2.4 A RMS, a combination that matches low- to mid-range load demands without overheating. When short bursts are required, a peak current of 7.2 A RMS is supported by the winding design. Output power reaches 0.54 kW, and the torque constant of 0.35 N·m/A RMS indicates the relationship between phase current and developed torque. Electrical dynamics are shaped by a line inductance of 30.0 mH and a line resistance of 6.80 Ω; together they influence current rise time and copper losses.
