The LSM54-3-602-E1-0KA brushless servo motor is manufactured by Kollmorgen as part of the LSM Brushless Servo Motors series. A built-in optical encoder provides rotor-angle feedback, allowing the connected controller to maintain tight tolerances during indexing, dispensing, or micromachining operations.
This model delivers a continuous torque of 0.33 Nm, providing a stable force range for steady-state cutting or feeding operations, while a maximum speed of 6000 rpm supports rapid movement between work points. The motor can draw up to 3.8 A peak when the application demands short bursts, and its peak torque reaches 1.32 Nm before magnetic saturation limits further loading. An incremental feedback disk provides 1000 lines per revolution, giving the controller sufficient resolution for smooth motion interpolation.
