Its frameless permanent-magnet rotor and stator assembly are optimized for rapid acceleration, precise speed regulation, and repeatable positioning tasks common in industrial automation cells.
Under continuous load, the motor delivers 5.2 Nm of torque while maintaining a rated shaft speed of 4500 rpm. To support this operating point, the drive must supply up to 21.2 A peak during dynamic events, although steady speed holding can be achieved with the lower stall current of 6.4 A peak. The electromagnetic design produces a torque constant of 0.88 Nm/A, so current draw scales linearly with the demanded torque. A coil inductance of 12.44 mH filters switching harmonics and works with a winding resistance of 3.9 Ω to limit current ripple and heating.
For short bursts, the rotor can deliver up to 16 Nm, providing additional torque for indexing or overcoming static friction.
