The IL18100A3TRC4 is a brushless direct-drive linear motor from Kollmorgen. The IL18 series device functions as a three-phase servomotor. The ironless unit features a modular magnet way with two rows of magnets placed opposite to each other. This arrangement offers the magnet circuit with the required flux return path. The direct-drive device has high positional accuracy and very smooth velocity. The unit is capable of meeting the payload and stroke requirements of any application.
