The HSM610 Servo Motor contains a 2000 line count encoder that uses the 26LS31 line driver with TTL output functionality. The encoder gives precise positioning information and feedback to the system. A 5 V DC power supply drives the encoder while it consumes maximum 250 mA of current.

This HSM610 servo motor features a power connector with a contact wire size of 8 AWG (8.6 mm²) and a wire size of 10 AWG (5.3 mm²) that ensures reliable power transmission. The encoder connector utilizes a 16 AWG (1.5 mm²) contact wire with 22 – 24 AWG (0.25 – 0.34 mm²) wiring compatibility for DSA drives. The brake connector is designed with a 16 AWG (1.5 mm²) contact and 18 AWG (0.75 mm²) wire for secure mechanical operation. For enhanced durability, this motor is compatible with shaft seal kits measuring 80 mm × 38 mm × 8 mm that prevents contamination and extends its lifespan. The shaft end features an M8 × 1.25 mm threaded hole with a depth of 20 mm (.79 inches) to allow secure mechanical coupling for various applications.
