The HSM430-REP is a three-phase brushless servo motor produced by Kollmorgen and offered within the HSM Brushless Servo Motors series. Engineered for tightly regulated motion loops, the unit converts drive commands into rapid, repeatable rotation for indexing conveyors, gantry axes, and compact machine tools. A sealed stator, precision bearings, and a resolver interface support long duty cycles while maintaining accurate feedback for the connected controller. The brushless design reduces mechanical wear because electronic commutation eliminates the physical contacts used in conventional brushed motors.
The motor delivers a continuous shaft torque of 3.4 Nm when connected to its rated supply of 230 VAC, providing a stable operating point for constant-load processes.
