The H41HLLB-LNK-NS-00 is a hybrid stepper motor produced by Kollmorgen within the H Hybrid Motors series. It provides incremental 1.8° motion for indexing tables, cutters, and material-handling axes where repeatable open-loop positioning is acceptable. The motor integrates easily into washdown or light-splash areas because its power leads pass through a conduit connector and terminate on an internal board.
A mechanical envelope based on the NEMA 42 frame offers a mounting bolt circle of 3.000 inches and a 2.186-inch pilot that centers the housing against heavy-duty NEMA flanges. Four #10-32 UNC-2B bolts secure the motor to its mounting surface and help maintain axial alignment under the motor’s 839 oz-in holding torque. Each full step moves the load by 1.8 degrees, and 200 steps complete one revolution. Step accuracy is ±1.5%, helping keep angular error low without feedback.
