The H33HRFT-LNK-NS-00 is a NEMA 34 stepper motor manufactured by Kollmorgen. The motor is designed to be interfaced with a wide range of servo drives or indexers due to its high performance. Kollmorgen step motors provide machine builders with superior performance, ease of use and reliability. The motor has 8 leads and 3 rotor stacks. As with other Kollmorgen step motors with NEMA 34 frame size, the H33HRFT-LNK-NS-00 is constructed with a military-grade MS connector. Note that Kollmorgen stepper motors provide a high torque in a small package. Also, Kollmorgen step motors have a speed range of up to 3000 revolutions per minute making them ideal for applications requiring low and medium speeds.
The H33HRFT-LNK-NS-00, as with other Kollmorgen standard motors, is CE compliant and its shaft, connectors, and lead can be factory modified to accommodate specific applications. To accommodate a wide of industrial applications, H series step motors manufactured by Kollmorgen have a holding torque ranging from 1.21 N-m to 6.47 N-m and have a high torque over a wide speed range. The motor is designed with energy saving and lower system cost, and space saving features in mind.
By employing a high voltage insulation system, the H33HRFT-LNK-NS-00 is capable of having a high reliability even when used with high performance high voltage drives. The motor’s large bearing system allows the motor to support high thrust loads and high side loading which eliminates the need for couplings and other equipment to support the load. Consequently, the machine costs are lowered. The H33HRFT-LNK-NS-00 supports heavy duty NEMA mounting configuration and its winding can reach maximum torque even at low speed. For operating temperature, the motor operates optimally at an ambient temperature of between -20 and +40 degrees Celsius.
