H31NRFT-LNN-NS-00 is another showcase step motor which comes from the H series of hybrid step motors at Kollmorgen. The lightweight design and standard NEMA 34 frame size make it a highly useful product for smaller applications requiring consistent torque. The frame has a 3.38-inch diameter and a smooth single shaft design which seamlessly mounts to any type of load. The motor has laminated winding designs to produce maximum torque at low speed. It is a useful product for low-speed operations. There is a single rotor stack and the motor can bear up to 130 degrees Celsius thanks to its thermal insulation. 

Normal temperature conditions range from -20 degrees Celsius to 40 degrees Celsius. There are 8 windings in the motor and it has a step resolution of 1.8 degrees per step. A full rotation step count of 200 provides better precision for sophisticated robotics and control applications. The step accuracy is 3% so positioning operations can be more accurate. The motor allows for any external feedback encoder for position and speed feedback. The compact design enables the user to mount it in smaller places.
