The H31NLHC-LNS-NS-02 is a Hybrid motor equipped with strong rounded housing and is suited for use in several that require consistent high torque supply for operation. The motor is equipped with standard stepper motor technology; however, it can produce up to 25 per cent motor torque than other motors in its size range; it is also able to conveniently withstand the penetration of external interference according to IP56. During operation, this motor can produce up to 200 steps per revolution; these steps occur at an angle measured to be about 1.8 degrees. The strop accuracy of the motor is also about 1.5 per cent. There is no feedback module for this product; its integrated shaft also has a special design and is able to support relatively high loads.
After installation, the motor will operate at a top level for more than five years without any need for maintenance operation. Also, the little heat produced by the H31NLHC-LNS-NS-02 during its operation is easily dissipated through the process of natural convection, radiation into the surrounding air, or conduction into the frame where the motor is integrated.
