The H2HNRHT-LNF-NS-00 hybrid stepper motor is supplied by Kollmorgen within the H Hybrid Motors series. It uses standard construction and a laminated rotor to generate incremental motion for pick-and-place stations, small conveyors, and dosing pumps. Because the design provides no internal feedback, the axis operates in open-loop mode, moving a smooth shaft to defined positions strictly from commanded pulse trains. A NEMA mounting face allows the unit to bolt directly to gearboxes or linear actuators while keeping envelope dimensions compact for crowded control frames.
Mechanically, the unit follows the NEMA 23 outline and carries an external diameter of 2.25 in., making it interchangeable with many existing stepper mounts. Each electrical pulse advances the rotor by 1.8 degrees, so a full turn is divided into 200 steps for repeatable indexing. A half-stack stator, smooth shaft modification, and a winding optimized for maximum torque at low speed support high holding torque without increasing length. The insulation system is certified to Class B, 130°C and maintains 100 Megohms to ground, while reliable operation is specified from ‑20 °C to 40 °C. The absence of a shaft seal reduces friction and suits applications kept free of fluid splash.
Electrically, the motor is wound for Bipolar drive and leaves the housing through a Regular leadwire bundle.
