Kollmorgen manufactures the H22NRHT-LNF-NS-00 in its H Hybrid Motors series. This is a two-phase stepper motor used to index or hold mechanical loads in packaging, printing, and pick-and-place machines. By advancing discrete rotor positions in response to drive pulses, it delivers controlled incremental motion without a feedback device and simplifies motion control in mid-torque automation axes. The motor follows the NEMA mounting convention, allowing direct installation in many existing drive frames and couplings.
Its mechanical envelope is categorized as NEMA 23, giving a square flange that mates with standard 1.86-inch pilot holes, while the round stator body measures 2.25 in. in diameter. Each electrical step advances the shaft by 1.8 degrees, so a full revolution consists of 200 discrete positions. At each target position, the motor holds within ±1.5% of the commanded angle, which is suitable for repetitive indexing stations. Two rotor stacks increase detent torque, and a laminated rotor improves flux linkage for higher low-speed torque. The motor uses a regular lead set with four parallel leads exiting the housing, and it does not include a feedback device.
