Inside a compact housing that follows the industry-standard NEMA 23 footprint, a laminated rotor and a dual-stack stator create 200 discrete positions per revolution. Each command advances the shaft by 1.8 degrees, and cumulative error is limited to ±1.5%. The winding bundle uses an 8-lead cable, so the motor can be connected for parallel, series, or unipolar drive modes without replacing the unit. Regular lead-wire terminations simplify routing inside control cabinets, and the 2.25-inch frame circle supports direct mounting on linear stages and pump heads while helping keep overhang forces low when belt drives or flexible couplings are attached.
The windings are insulated to Class B 130 °C, withstand up to 340 Vdc, and maintain insulation resistance of at least 100 megohms to help limit leakage current.
