The H21NRFC-LNN-NS-00 is a hybrid stepper motor produced by Kollmorgen and positioned within the H Hybrid Motors series. This two-phase device combines permanent-magnet and variable-reluctance design principles to deliver discrete rotational increments for indexing tables, labelers, and light pick-and-place axes in industrial automation. Mounting follows the NEMA pattern, which eases installation on common motor brackets.

The motor advances in 1.8 degrees per step, giving exactly 200 discrete positions during one revolution; this resolution is suitable for open-loop positioning when combined with a microstepping drive. Positional repeatability is maintained within ±1.5% of each commanded step, helping keep cumulative error low over multiple moves. A frame size of NEMA 23 and a corresponding body diameter of 2.25 in allow direct substitution for standard drive packages that share this footprint. A single laminated rotor stack, a smooth shaft with no keyway, and standard construction simplify coupling to belts or couplings while minimizing detent torque. Regular leadwire connections, arranged as eight individual conductors, provide phase access for bipolar or unipolar drive schemes, and the absence of built-in feedback suits applications that use external encoders or open-loop control.

The eight conductors are organized in a single 8-lead bundle, enabling flexible series or parallel wiring without internal rework. This arrangement lets the motor be connected for different drive current and voltage requirements without internal changes.
