The EB-104-B-11-B3 explosion-proof servomotor is produced by Kollmorgen as part of the EB Explosion Proof Motors series. In automated processing lines, the unit converts electrical energy into rotary motion that can drive pumps, mixers, or positioning stages while supporting safe operation in hazardous locations.
The motor’s continuous operating limits include 1.57 N-m of stall torque and a phase line current of 4.20 ARMS. When energized by its nominal supply of 230 VRMS, the winding develops a back electromotive force of 22.5 VRMS/kRPM, which helps match the motor to a compatible servo drive. The stator resistance is 2.72 Ω, and the winding characteristics support smooth current transitions during normal operation. A torque constant of 0.370 N-m/ARMS relates commanded current to mechanical output.
