Designed for incremental positioning in industrial automation, this unit converts discrete pulse commands into controlled rotary motion without feedback sensors. Its SIGMAX construction concentrates magnetic flux, allowing high torque in compact spaces such as index tables, gantry axes, and packaging stations. Because it operates from commanded step pulses, it can be integrated with standard stepper controls in straightforward motion systems. This arrangement suits indexing, feed control, and repeated point-to-point moves.
