The top model E31NRHT-LDN-NS-00 from the famous E Hybrid Stepper Motors series is designed by Kollmorgen. This servo module is provided with a NEMA 34 FRAME which guarantees heavy duty mechanical support. There is also a provision for heavy-duty NEMA front-end bell which adds more to the structural strength of the unit. Moreover, the leads of the motor are no less than 12 inches (304,8 mm) long, with lead AWG depending on the motor, which gives flexibility when it comes to installation.
It has a low side of the chassis design that expels wires through the conduit using a 1/2 NPSC TAP with a removable insulating bushing which assists in wiring maintenance. It also has a medium side PG 13.5 TAP that does not have an insulating bushing and allows for fluid or signal passage. Splashproof protection is not provided in standard front shaft configuration which makes it good for application with low exposure.
