The E31NRFT-LNN-NS-00 is a hybrid stepper motor manufactured by Kollmorgen and supplied in the E Hybrid Stepper Motors series. It converts discrete current pulses from a controller into precise shaft movement for indexing tables, small conveyors, and labeling platforms in industrial automation. The design uses Kollmorgen’s SIGMAX construction to increase flux density and low-speed torque while retaining standard mounting dimensions. Because motion is produced in fixed angular increments, the motor is well suited to start-stop tasks that depend on consistent indexing. It can also be paired with modern drives to improve motion smoothness during low-speed operation.
Mechanical dimensions follow the NEMA 34 standard, giving the motor a square face that mates with common gearboxes and brackets. Overall body depth is 2.58 in (65.5 mm), so the unit fits into shallow installations where available space is limited. Each electrical step advances the rotor by 1.8 degrees, which yields 200 full-step positions per revolution before microstepping is added by the drive.
