Its standard mechanical form allows the motor to be integrated directly into machinery without additional adapters, delivering repeatable torque for pick-and-place tables, small conveyors, and indexing mechanisms. Electronic commutation supports smooth rotation and responsive control throughout repetitive operating cycles.
The motor uses a 105 mm flange that aligns with common gearbox pilot diameters, and its power and feedback lines terminate in keyed connectors for secure cable attachment. Both connectors are angled toward the B-side, reducing the required cable bend radius inside tight enclosures. Motion feedback comes from an integrated encoder, which provides position data to the drive controller for closed-loop motion control. The feedback system supports multiturn absolute position tracking, allowing the drive to retain shaft position information across multiple revolutions after an extended loss of power. This capability reduces the need for a separate homing movement when the machine restarts, provided that the connected drive supports the installed feedback interface.
