The ST-5101 is a special I/O module that Kollmorgen made that can work with high-speed counters. A high-speed clock can be implemented on one channel of the ST-5101 I/O module. It is compatible with a standard 35mm DIN rail and includes a cage clamp connector-equipped terminal block that can be removed. When the I/O module is connected to 5.0VDC, 80mA of current flows through it. It can put out voltages between 18 and 28.8VDC.
